Food heals, if you're eating the right stuff.

Unless otherwise noted, all recipes presented below are SCD-legal. In most cases, they are also Paleo/Autoimmune-Paleo and compliant with the low-inflammation, high-fat diets out there like PHD, The Wahls Protocol, or Bulletproof.

Because I eat grain, nut, egg, soy, dairy* and nightshade-free (no pepper, tomato, eggplant, potato), I think my recipes are great for people with autoimmunity, digestive issues and multiple food sensitivities.

*Many of my recipes include clarified butter which, while technically dairy, contains little to no dairy protein. If you are sensitive even to clarified butter, you can still make any of these recipes by substituting another fat.

Last, and most importantly, my family and I think these recipes are pretty darn delicious. Food is only medicine when it also feeds your soul. I hope these recipes help you on your journey to optimal health!
